Unwanted, Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect item(s) All customers who wish to return their item(s) for any of the above reasons must do so within 14 days of receiving the item(s). Photos of the unwanted, damaged, faulty, or incorrect items must be taken and emailed over for the return to be processed.
